A space beyond resolutions and gavels, where delegates step out of their committees and into conversation with the causes that matter most in the world today.
Networking Hour was designed with a clear question in mind: what if a MUN conference did more than prepare students to debate, and actually connected them to the work being done in the world right now?
Networking Hour is Oakridge MUN's answer to that question. Every year, on the evening of Day 1, delegates step out of their committee rooms and into an open forum where NGOs, student-led initiatives, and social enterprises set up and share the causes they're fighting for.
It's not a seminar. It's not a pitch session. It's a room full of people who care, and an open invitation to find out if you do too.
Networking Hour brings together organisations and initiatives across three core categories, each with real opportunities to get involved.
Networking Hour isn't passive. Come with curiosity and leave with purpose.
A glimpse into the conversations, connections, and energy that defined Oakridge MUN XV's Networking Hour.
From Community Outreach to Networking Hour, every event in our conference is designed with a purpose larger than debate. We believe the best delegates don't just argue well. They act.
